01 / WHAT I DO
Start with your list. I’ll review the details, confirm what fits, and discuss the price before you book.
Trim repairs, door adjustments, cabinet fixes, shelving, and hardware installation. Practical solutions for the parts of your home you use every day.
Describe the leak, fixture issue, or electrical repair you have in mind. I’ll assess the details and take on eligible minor repairs that do not require a permit or contractor’s license.
Drywall patches, paint touch-ups, caulking, and finish repairs that help a room feel cared for again. Scope and surface condition reviewed before quoting.
Furniture assembly, curtain rods, wall-mounted items, and household maintenance. Have a job that isn’t listed? Send the details—this list is a starting point.
HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE
I’ve remodeled my own home extensively, taking much of it down to the studs and working through the details from rough work to finishing touches.
That personal renovation experience spans carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, and problem-solving across the house. It gives me a broader understanding of how a home fits together—and what it takes to make a repair work.
I bring that experience to eligible handyman jobs. My own remodel is background experience; full remodels, gas-line changes, structural alterations, and permit-required work are not services offered here.
02 / HOW IT WORKS
Share a short description, your city, and useful measurements. Photos can help when we follow up.
We’ll confirm the scope, materials, price, and a time that works before a job is booked.
Have the work area and agreed materials ready. We’ll review the completed work together.
03 / CLOSE TO HOME
Serving homes within approximately 20 miles of Redlands, California. Exact coverage depends on your address, project, and travel route.
04 / TELL ME ABOUT YOUR PROJECT
Give me a few details to start the conversation. A request is an inquiry, not a booking or a confirmed price.
Not a licensed contractor. Only eligible minor work under $1,000 total, including labor and materials, with no permit required and no employees. Larger projects cannot be split into smaller jobs to meet this limit. Scope and eligibility are reviewed before acceptance.
A FEW USEFUL DETAILS
Yes. Send the whole list so the total scope can be assessed. Related work is considered together; a larger project cannot be divided to avoid licensing requirements.
Let’s discuss that before you buy. Include product links or measurements if you already know what you need. Materials and any purchasing arrangements are agreed before booking.
